At AGM Customs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-tailored or personalized orders are final sale unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all AGM Customs tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
